Shipping and Handling
Please select a shipping option prior to checking out. All retail orders are shipped within 3 business days of the purchase. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you via the email you provided during your registration.
As an incentive for you to spoil yourself a little, HB Designs offers free Priority Mail shipping for all purchases over $150.
Packaging
Each item ordered is delivered ready to be given as a gift. Whether a purchase for yourself or someone else, the joy of opening a gift is something we take pleasure in being able to provide.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the piece you recieve, simply return it to us within 5 business days and we’ll be happy to offer you another piece or a full refund for the price of the item.
Shipping Charges Responsibility
All shipping charges, including those incurred on any returns, remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
