Why do I have to register for an account?
In order for us to ensure accuracy, we need to have contact information on the purchaser. Having this information also comes in handy should we have any questions about the order or need to verify certain information. We also use the information you provide when you register to keep in touch with you and make sure you’re happy with your experience.
Will you share or sell any of the information I give you during registration?
Absolutely not! Your privacy is very important to us. The information you provide during registration is for the use of HB Designs only.
What if I forget to select a shipping method at check out?
Our shipping system automatically defaults to USPS First Class. We will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS so you have a variety of choices. If you’d like to do a little research on shipping costs before you check out, simply click on the ‘estimate shipping’ button, type in your state and your zip code, click on ‘update’ and a list of your shipping options and prices will appear.
Will I be able to tell once my order has been shipped?
Absolutely! We know how anxious you are to receive your gifts, so we make every effort to keep you in the loop. You’ll receive an email update when your order is being processed and another update when it has shipped, so be sure to use a valid email address during registration.
Do you ever offer free shipping?
Every day! As soon as your cart totals over $150, we’ll cover the shipping costs for that order.
The item I’m purchasing is a gift. Can it be shipped to a different address?
First, let us say thank you for choosing our products as your gift of choice! You can absolutely ship directly to the recipient. The email confirmation and invoice will be sent to you via email, and don’t worry – none of our invoices have prices on them.
Will I need to gift wrap the item once I receive it?
Nope! All of our products come nestled in their own gift box and wrapped in non-themed trimmings. Regardless of the occasion, your purchase will arrive ready for gift giving.
Why do you gift wrap all of the items I order?
We believe that a jewelry purchase is just as special as the recipient – and we want to keep the suspense for as long as possible. Whether you’re giving the piece as a gift to someone else or if the purchase is for yourself, the experience should be equally enjoyable for you!
How do I place a custom order?
Simply email sales@heidibundy.com with the details of your order. We’ll need the Item Description and Model Number (found on the item’s page under the image) and any information we can use to make you the perfect piece. Don’t forget to include your favorite colors and materials (such as crystals or pearls, if needed). If your order is for a leather carving and you have the graphic, please make sure it’s in .jpg format and attach it to your email. As always, if you have any questions, just let us know and we’ll be happy to walk you through all of it.
